All Communication done in English.
The language of work with the team of India is an English language. Therefore, the
technical documentation for the code and the communication in general, are considered
in English.
If one has an average English level, the communication will not be a problem. It
is much simpler to understand an Indian speaking English.
(because, in India more than 900 languages coexist and at least 11 of them are official,
even the university education is given in English; therefore, all our programmers
have a good level of English which will allow them to communicate well).
Communication with the head office of India.
It is easy to communicate with someone in the same city.
Well with Skype (Skype to Skype without any cost), Email, or direct calls from mobile to mobile (of course, taking
care of the cost).
Definitely the distances have disappeared for the communications.
Interactive communication across our web.
The client’s area of web is also an interactive platform of relation and communication
like worn out hours, invoicing, internal messages, the state of the project and
many more possibilities that we come across.

The programmers of India are given holidays on festivals.
For a better coordination, there will be a Calendar of festivals and holidays with
advance accessibility from the client’s section.
In any case, they rarely take more than 1 week of followed holidays; it is more
common that they take free days.
And always, according to particular agreements, these conditions can change and
adapt themselves to the needs of the client in any other country.
