DELOGICO SOLUTIONS
premises are located in one of the latest and most modern buildings in our
city.
Interior works have been performed by Mit Engineers
a prestigious local firm specialized in building data centres, banks, and professional
spaces in general. Only highest quality materials have been used in the works. Special
attention has been paid to net cabling –CAT 6- and electrical installation.
A Spanish architect firm has participated in the design and spatial concept
of the office.
Ergonomic furniture, and a quiet full atmosphere achieved through
proper combination of colours and light, with the help of ambient music, creates
the perfect environment for code development.
Our branded and Lastest generation PCs (DELL, processor Intel Core 2 Duo
and monitors of 22 inches (1920x1080), will be the perfect companion for
programmers.
We are also concerned about environmental respect and about health and safety
of our staff; design of office has been done to save energy; paper usage
is minimum, nearly inexistent.
The combination of proper insulation, strategically placed fans, external ventilation
during night hours and finally a rational usage of AC assures always a proper temperature,
with the most healthy atmosphere for programmers, and the saving of electric energy.
Natural light during day hours also allow saving of energy, and contributes to make
working place healthier.
Noise level is really low, thanks to double glass insulation and low noise producing
pcs.

Special importance for the safety
From the physical
to the virtual world, Security is a constant priority for DELOGICO SOLUTIONS.
Our installations are provided with CCTV camera systems, burglar alarm and fire
detectors.
There is a permanent presence of security guard, 24 hours x 365 days.
Entry in the office can be done only through access control.
Periodical Backups save the code and documents produced daily. Centralized management
of code and documentation, mails and other communications make easier to handle
all data. Documents are easily accessible to clients, in any moment, through their
customized Client Home Page.
Servers are placed in a restricted area, with limited access, but full visibility.
Antivirus and firewall, password hierarchy, plus strict rules about use of computers
and periodical audits prevent us from external net attacks.
Finally, we are always concerned about the security of data of our clients.
Confidentiality and privacy are assured by contract; and programmers sign clauses
that protect the rights of the customer against any misuse.
Social Responsability
DELOGICO is
born in the third millenium of our era, in a global scenery where all of us are
fully conscious of the facts, challenges and problems that affect our world (as
regional disequilibrium and environmental disorders).
In DELOGICO
we know that Companies and Individuals, and not only States, have big
responsibility in social affairs.
We consider that, nowadays, only social focused companies may be labelled as modern.
And DELOGICO
is among them.
Since 2009, 5% or our gross incomes are
dedicated to social activities. We are very proud of it.
Social Actions and programs promoted or performed by DELOGICO
After considering other possibilities, we realized that where we can give the best
is there where we are experts: IT and Software Development. And we found a lot to
do for society with our capacity.
We have actually 3 programs in different status of development. Let´s detail them.
Social IT Centers.
Aimed for the people without resources. Social IT Centers are conceived to allow
access to IT world, and all its possibilities.
Social IT Centers are provided with PCs, proper software and internet connexion.
Users are guided and supported, so they can start profiting from IT world from the
first day, even if no previous knowledge.
Actually (December 2009) we are preparing our first Social IT Center, with 6 Pcs
(in Ahmedabad). Is our intention it to be fully operative by February 2010.
Soon we will prepare a web page dedicated exclusively to Social IT Centers; in the
web page we will include full description of activities, configuration of center,
how we finance, the role of DELOGICO, and many photos.
We would like this first Social IT Center to act as a model, for further replication
in different cities and also in rural areas.
Helping other NGOs with our software and our coding capacity.
Offering our services, free of cost, to create attractive and functional web pages.
And also providing NGOs modern management and communication tools, to improve their
capacity, their expansion and their positive impact in society.
In this moment (December 2009) we are starting first contacts with some NGOs in
order to shape collaboration.
Environmental actions
DELOGICO is actually collaborating in an environmental project in Spain for the
plantation of 1000 trees; project is related to a client of DELOGICO.
DELOGICO´s collaboration consists in coding some management tools (history of every
tree –date of plantation, incidences, maintenance…-, assignment of each tree to
a promoter or donator, etc), GPS positioning of trees, and also sorting and organizing
photo gallery.
